great race at Beeson today. fairly small race but I came out with the win. took first mile fairly relaxed hanging out at back of front of pack. went through mile in 4:50ish then started reeling in the North Lincoln boys. 2mile in 10:00 still work to do. went by the last North Lincoln guy right before the last turn. rolling. felt great to win and the race went really well. didn't feel quite all out
