Same workout plan as last week. It was not as hot and I brought water. Still very hard and at the end of a hard work day not the best choice. 4 x 1 mile Hospital Hill. Very happy with the results. Much better effort than last week. I would like to do this again on a Sunday run or on fresh legs.
