Somehow I could not pull myself out of bed in the morning so I ran after work. First off, it was hot but I had an idea in my head that would have been difficult even with good weather. The plan was 4 x 1 mile hospital hill repeats with a mile recovery. I kept the pace easy enough that I thought I could complete the workout. After the second mile I didn't think I could do all four. I had no water with me either. So my 3rd mile I changed to a half with a half recovery. Then my last mile was down the hill. I bit of cheating for that 5:36 but it was still hard.
