Ran in Westport - nice easy run alongside farms for the first 4. Ran on sand along beach for next 2.5 - last mile of that was brutal in soft sand... maybe 9:30 pace. Last 1.5 along road. Felt good - a little tightness in left leg, but no pain. Hip felt fine.... woke up the next morning with a little achiness in left leg, but not as bad as expected.
