Got roughly 8 hrs sleep. Felt ok all day - knee and hip are still bothering me. Left lower leg is a little better, though my calf is very tight. Did roughly a 1 1/2m warmup, then 2 sets of packard hills. 1st set = 1x1/2 hill, 5xfull hill. 2nd set = 3x1/2 hill, 2xfull hill. Recover on downhill. Legs felt great for the first set, until the last repeat when my knee started to feel some pressure. This increased on the 2nd set.

Wed. Morning... woke up to some sharp pain in my inner hip/upper thigh. Not good.
