Felt great running in the rain! Started 8:00 pace for 3, then picked it up to 7:30-7:45. Last mile in 7:15. Took advil before the run, and my left leg didn't bother me much at all. Right hip flexor was a bit sore for the last 4 miles or so, but not too bad.
