Holland to Broadway, cut over to Tufts. Up hill, around campus, and then did 1200 on the track - 800 was very quick (5:30-6ish pace) and then ran back through Davis.
Left leg is still uncomfortable, but no sharp pains. Shin feels tight and sore. Upper calf is sore.
