Notes
Duathlon: 2.5m run, 6m mountain bike, 2.5m run. Forgot helmet, so splits are out of control. First trail run - 16:45 (9th). Had to wait for helmet... mountain bike was approximately 25mish (had a 15-20m break waiting for helmet). Last run split was 18:45 (could have been faster, but no competition :(
Felt good the whole way, no pain. Legs were tight after the bike! Masseuse told me to do yoga :)
