Waited until the Pm and after the wicked thunderstorm to do my run. Was awesome weather after, nice and cool.
did 30 mins of my Kenyan run then started to pick it up. after 5 miles i did my Bounding and PU/SU sets. Then miles 5-7 i dropped a 6:10 and 6:00 mile. Then cool down. Felt good. Run tomorrow with the High schoolers.
