3 sets of:
A-Skips
B-skips
High Knees
High Knee-Buttkicks
Lunges
Frog Hops
The 8 Stirdes at the regular spot on the dirt road like i did in HS.
2 @ 50%
2 @ 75%
1 @ 85
2 @ 90
1 @ 93.333% lol
Felt EXTREMELY good on the strides. Worked with perfect form that just made it feel like i was getting pushed by the wind.
Then 4 set of:
PU/SU (Push ups. Sit ups)
Then 1 set of the Quad building exercise that did me in for a bit.
Good workout overall.
