Easy morning run for 30 mins and that was it. Girls were off. I forgot practice was at 7Am rather than 6:30 so i wasn't going to wait around a half hour just for a 30 min run. Others forgot too so it ended up being Sean, Dylan, Erin, Chappy, Jake, and me. it was a nice chappy loop. Slow pace, but its all good.
