Notes

Back and calves have been tight the past week. Could be new shoes. Could be terrible mattress. Could be sitting at a desk 45 hours a week. Took the weekend off to stretch and see if it goes away. Back was better today. calves are still pretty tight. Racing a 5k on Saturday.
