Notes

COMMENTS: I was very tired and had to pull up 2 miles short of the planned run. My heart rate was high and I couldnt get ir below 160. At 10:30/mile I'm usually easily below 150 bpm. I'll have to watch my left calf this week. It appears that I'm starting to get over trained a little.
