COMMENTS: bench 2x195 (7,6), 1x185 (7); lat pulls 1x170 (10), 1x180( 6), 1x150 (10); situos 3x126 (20, 20,20); curls 3x35 (9,8,7); naut curls 1x110 (10), 1x110(5); tris 3x65 (21,21,21); db rows 1x50 (10), 2x55 (10,10); dips 1x10, 1x7; tri pulls 2x110(8,8). A good lift over all. I was tired this AM and wasnt able to handle as mush weight.
