COMMENTS: Bench 2x185 (9,8), Naut bench 1x185 (10); situps 3x130 (25,25, 20); naut flies 3x120 (10,10,10); lat pulls 3x150 (10,10,10); lat raises 3x25 (20,15,8); curls 2x100 (10,10). I've missed quite a few lifts over the last month due to work and home projects. I'll start getting back to lfting after the 1/2.
