COMMENTS: Naut circuit: bench 1x215 (12), 1x200 (10); flies 2x130 (10,10); incline 2x155 (11,10); situps 2x20 (120); dips 2x200 (10,10); curls 2x115 (10,10); rows 2x175 (10,10); mils 2x110 (10,10); and raises 2x130 (10,10). No legs tonight. I ran long yesterday and felt that would be pushing it to much.
