COMMENTS: Conditions were perfect. I just didnt have it today. My legs started feeling it (i.e. getting tired at 9 miles). I didnt stop until mile 24.5 when I had to descend an off ramp and my left foot started to hurt. I walked down the ramp and stopped two more times due to groin muscle cramps. I trained at 9:30 to 10:30 so the time was disappointing but I ran the best I could for that day.
