COMMENTS: nautilus circuit: bench 1x170 (10), 1X185 (10); Incline 1x155(10), 1x140 (10); situps 3x120 (20,20,20); raises 2x130 (10,10); mils 2x110 (10,10); rows 2x170(10,10); culrs 2x110(10,10); dips 2x200 (10,10); flies 1x120 (10), 1x110 (10). Lat pull downs 2x150 (10,7). No rest inbetween sets. I felt good. I'll throw in some free weights on Thursday.
