I've felt like I've been in a rut lately. My eating have been bad and I'm gaining weight because of it. I haven't wanted to run much lately. Tonight wasn't too bad as it was only sprinkling. But carrying the extra weight doesn't help the runs, I need to stop eating out. I've been hitting JJ a lot lately and I'm sure that has a lot to do with my gain – Ice cream and GJs too. Seems like i'm always hungry for the crappy food. Heck I'm craving something as I type this.
