Stretched calves before running and tightened up my laces a little more than usual. It made all the difference. I was probably 85% feeling better than before. Plus it was sunny and beautiful this morning. This run felt great!
Also, drank 1/2 glass (6oz) of orange accelerade before my run with a piece of toast and jelly. Drank the 2nd 1/2 after run.
