Ran 2 mile X 2 mile X 1 mile at 7:10 pace, with 100 seconds break in between. Heart rate was 156, felt much comfortable in comparison to 6:40 pace of VO2 max. These tempo intervals were done after 7 mile of warm up at 8:40 pace.
