Ran from track into Alum Rock Park to last bridge before major hills, then back to track, 9 miles round trip 500' elev gain. Miles 10-14 were a steady 8k on the track; 1600 splits were 7:54, 7:52, 7:51, 7:44, 7:25. Finished up with a mile of jogging. Ran with Jim.
