Parked next to Piedmont track than ran to Berryessa Park for a few loops, then back; worked out 4.6 mile w/u before 3 x 3200 on track (14:55, 14:48, 14:40) with 400 jog between each. And then cool down of another 5 miles. Ran with James Howe.
