Notes

I was exhausted before this run without water or breakfast or energy. Did not feel strong. Looking forward do the miler on track at some point. Felt drained after the run. Not wiped out, still could jog to the car, body just needed some nutrition.

The 3000 and 1500 runs were both quite good! congrats on good races. You can count those two as 'speed' work. Do you still want to attempt the Big run on 7/28 (the one where you wanted me to pace you at <8min/mile for 18miles)? I think I'll be up for it. I did a 19mile 'easy' run yesterday ... tells me I think I can do that pacing job.
