Notes

Did 3 miles of intervals after scare on Tuesday for a thigh strain or pain, which was making me limp. Swim helped yesterday, was feeling fresh. Did not do breakfast. The first two warm up miles felt very easy. First mile of interval, my heart rate was 160 at the end of interval, 2nd one 162 and 3rd one was the hardest, it was 172. 1 mile of cool recovery run brought it to 140. Resting 90-110 seconds between interval brought the heart rate down to 115.
