Notes

This run was to be my recovery run after 16 miles yesterday which included a 4 mile tempo under 7:10 pace. Ran 4 hours after eating Indian buffet. Felt really heavy for first two miles, took a 1 minute walk break, and then started running, felt much better after the break. Note to myself - sometime after crappy 2 mile run, if things do not seem to be changing, walk or stretch and then start running again !
