Notes

Morning run of 7 mile under 1 hour was good. Warmed up after 2 mile, again a walk break of 30 seconds helped to complete another 3 mile at a faster pace by slipping into better rhythm. Could feel stiffness on IT after couple of hours of run, might be good idea to do EZ runs at slower pace. Remember to 'avoid set back at all cost'.
