Notes

7.5m w/u out to Alum Rock Park and back to track, then 3 x 3200 x 400 on track (14:46, 14:43, 14:39). Finished with 8 laps on track in ~ 21 min. Ran with Jim, Ken pacing us for track miles. These intervals seemed tougher, may be because of increased weight. Have to watch out for that.
