We took long way to strip by crossing to other side via Montague, then continued easy through the tunnels and to end of strip before starting 3 x's 3200 with 3:15-3:30 recoveries (out and back twice on strip). 1600 splits were 7:16, 7:15, 7:08, 7:15, 7:23, 7:15. This went MUCH better than expected considering how lousy my runs went during week.
Good to have 10 miles of quality run, which comes around 20% of total mileage.
