Warmed up for 20 minutes and then did two fartlek ladders of 1-2-3-2-1 mins.

Started out pretty well. Set a very good pace. As I began the second one I got a little cramp in my right side and slowed down a little bit. but it was still a good pace

Finished with a 24 min easy job.
