Easy run. Counted my steps over 4 different 1 minute periods. Averaged about 87 strides per minute each time. Not sure what my optimal cadence is, what is the best way to figure that out?

Otherwise, run felt good, legs seem a little bit tired still. But otherwise, it went well.
