The start out on the access road was a race again.
Slowed down and took it easy. Rode with Sarah, Gigi, Mark and Natalie for a little while before they continued on down the south loop.
Otherwise, tried to keep it easy. My hips were a little tight but that might have been from the chiro the day before.
Otherwise, felt better that I have the last few weeks.
