Started off easy. Took a gel before I started. Took a drink before my 15 minutes of easy ended.
Then setup the pace and held it pretty closely for the whole time. Slowed down a bit on the hill on garland road, but I didn't bust and was able to continue just as fast after the hill.
I feel like i can manage my heart rate better when I am running than when I am biking.
Im pretty happy with this result. Maintained pace for 10 minutes longer than last time and I felt better throughout the first 50 minutes than I did the last time on Sept 24th.
