Started off easy for the first 20 minutes. Slowly increased my pace.

Once I started the 50 minutes, I pushed myself upward slowly. Kept my heart rate 3 beats lower on average than my previous faster paced run on Aug 24th and for an additional 20 minutes. The heart rate stayed in a much tighter zone and didn't move about 162 vary often.
