After 11 hours in the car on Friday and week off from running for vacation, I decided to run this race. It's one of the ROY series and I wanted to run each of them this year. Even though I was dying the last mile, I'm glad I ran this race. I think it is the Charlestown HS XC course. It is narrow, shaded, and curvy. The shade was nice, but there was very little breeze. Temperature was pleasant and humidity was not too bad with 60'F dew point (70-80%).
