i was really disappointed with this run i wanted to break 22 but missed it by a half minute. i just can't seem to get into a good rhythm recently. My tempo times have been so sporadic.
The race itself was horrible on the starting line. one lady on the start line had a stroller and finished in 45 minutes. the water in the middle of the race was warm.
