Very nice day outside, I ran in only a short sleeve tech shirt and a sweatshirt and was probably a little over dressed. Kind of felt naked out there.
Foot was giving me no trouble at all....weird considering I did a long run yesterday. Legs were tired so I took it very easy and avoided too many hills.
