Notes

Ran on the treadmill at home - pretty uneventful, but still ran at a fairly good pace. Used my new plan of doing my long run at the Pettit Center on Wednesdays and only doing a short run on the weekend. Not sure if it's a good strategy, but I feel good. Snowy day 4"
