Notes

I decided to step up the effort a bit and ran 14 miles today, up from 12 last week. I'm pretty sore, but I think I'll be fine by tomorrow. I've got my usual routine now after running at the Pettit Center - a stop at Starbucks for coffee and a scone. Heaven.
