I Ran at Pettit and had a hard time finishing. I hadn't eaten much today and was hungry when I ran, so I had to really dig down deep to finish my scheduled miles. MU track team was there again, but they really didn't bother me much. Next week is a slowdown week and I'll run only about 20mi. This is also my last long Wed. run and will start doing longs on Saturday mornings. Do I plan things out too much?
