Finally I was able to run outstide without freezing my ass off. It was about 45 with a light Southwest wind - spring magic.
I ran a pretty hilly course and was kind of tired at the end. I ran six straight days (5 outside!!) and am feeling the effects a bit. I went up what I would consider 4 good hills, one of which is was pretty long with a steep final 50 yards.
Tomorrow I'm taking off and will lift weights. It will be 4 days between weight sessions & I need to get back into it.
