Ran at the Pettit Center (no MU track team this time) and did pretty well. Ran 28 laps at a 8:08 pace which is pretty good for me, even on a track. Still haven't mixed in any speed work yet, but my recent weight loss of 10 pounds really seems to help. No real aches or issues after the run - so far so good. Next week I bump it up to 8.25 miles, or 30 laps.
