Hills Speed Repeats 10 Seconds X 4 - Ran hill repeats for the first time ever. According to Runner's World this is a great way to build leg strength, so I do these each week and increase the number. I have to admit I was pretty spent afterward, but felt good. Actually was warm today 50 in Jan.
