I realized that I was complaining too much about the weather, so as of today I'm going to stop. Even though it was snowing and 31 degrees and it's going to remain about 10 degrees below normal, I won't bitch.
Since the weather was so lovely, I ran on the TM at the club. I haven't ran on one in a while and I forgot how soft they are to run on. I swear I had marshmallow on my feet, even with my older shoes. It was still very boring, but that's not complaining, it's just being honest.
Minor aches in the legs and feet, but tomorrow is a non-running day, so I have some time to chill out. I'll lift weights, but no running. Went over the 400 mile mark for the year - hooray for me!
