Started as a recovery run, changed into a tempo run at about 2.75 miles and the last mile was pretty much survival. Nutrition and hydration are both good things that I have to remember to do. French toast at 7:00 AM and leftover chocolate Easter eggs just doesn't cut it for the day.

Not looking forward to next week; it's going to be a long one.
