Why do I run:
It's only been 4 weeks, but I absolutely love it. I feel great knowing I've met the challenge of the day's run, and the extra definition I'm seeing in my abs, quads, and calves is icing on the cake. This may sound silly, but run, and I feel like I can take on the world. |
Why I started running:
I wanted to augment a strength training routine I started back in January of this year. It worked really well on the strength training end, but despite being able to row on our home machine, it didn't really do much in terms of cardio. |
