Workout: 2-3 miles easy; 5:00 at ~6:00/mile (2:00); 4:00 at ~5:55/mile (2:00); 3:00 at 5:45/mile (2:00); 2:00 at ~5:40/mile (2:00); 1:00 at whatever is left; 10 miles total
Busted out the Next% here in a little test run for the weekend and felt pretty good from the jump. I'm pretty sure the GPS gets a little whacky for a bit during a section on the lake heading northbound: In the 5:00 block I felt like I was at 6:00 effort or fast and the paces would make weird jumps from the 6:20's to the 6:40's. Generally speaking though, this felt pretty smooth the whole way through the workout. I didn't even notice slipping into the 6:50's in the last couple of full mile splits.
