With training group at Twin cities in Motion. There were also polar bears and other groups for over 200 people. Was nice!

Run for 4.5 miles easy ( knee was at 2/10 pain) then 25min of z3 pace ( knee pain at 0) then more than 2 miles cool down knee back to 2/10 pain
