After the race I noticed that I didn't even think about my knee or Achilles while reaching. Was pretty windy. 17mph with over 25mph gust.
During warming up, my legs were so dead that I thought I wouldn't do well. Surprising how I've the race starts things kind of get the best they can. I will felt the fatigue but nothing like when I was warming up. I thought I couldn't go any faster during warming up.
HR is suspiciously low
