At this point, I don't trust the HRM .
Hilly course with nice and fun downhills in there. Can't believe I have PRed by 5K in here
I thought I slowed too much down but looks like I regained pace after the biggest hill
Ate beets through the week. Had beet shot on Thursday, Friday and morning of race.
Morning, I had glass of Gatorade, banana , slice of bread with PB, handful of pretzels with PB nuggets, I was gagging eating as I didn't have any appetite.
Had one caffeinated Gu before warm up.. Another right before race. Nothing during race.
